All Sales Are Final: We follow a strict No-Refund Policy on all items. Once a transaction is completed, monetary refunds will not be issued to your bank account, credit card, or original payment method under standard preferences.
Exceptional Damages: Monetary refunds or product exchanges are only legally executed if an item arrives with structural manufacturing defects, transit damage, or if the incorrect product is delivered.
Mandatory 48-Hour Unboxing Window: Any transit damage, wrong item, or missing product must be reported to our support channels via email at thequirkykarat@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 9748864850 within 48 hours of delivery.
Unedited Video Proof Required: Your report must include a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the shipping label, packaging seal being broken, and the exact defect on the item. Claims without a comprehensive unboxing video will be permanently rejected.
Return Conditions: Approved exchange items must be shipped back in their original, unmanipulated packaging, completely unworn, with all product tags, certificates, and invoices intact.
Custom-Made & Personalized Jewelry Policy
•Production Time Buffer: Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry orders require additional production time before dispatch.
The standard 5–7 business days delivery timeline begins only after the crafting process is complete.
•No Changes Post-Confirmation: Once the specifications for a personalized piece (names, initials, sizes, metal finishes) are locked and confirmed, no changes can be made.
•Absolute Exclusion from Returns: Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced for any reason unless they arrive physically damaged or with a clear manufacturing spelling error made on our part.
